so my brother got a 91 mercury tracer 1.9 with a 5 spd. we were told it needed a starter so we went and got one and put it on and nothing. we got the starter and solenoid checked and they are fine.. so i dont know where to go now the dam thing wont start anyone got any ideas? could it be the switch that tells the starter that the clutch is in the whole way.. anything else?
