The final pull registered 306 RWHP and 313 RWTQ.

After a road test, we upped the shift points on 2 of the 4 chip positions and did some more road testing. The new Nitto 255s wouldn't hold from a WOT launch and the resulting wheelspin made it difficult to judge at times - but from a roll, I decided I liked the higher shift points.
Pics and a couple videos can be found here (http://www.imageevent.com/driller/dyno2010).
Thanks to Tim, his crew and Rob and Don LaSota. :biggrin1:

Awesome numbers! What all do you have done to it?
Did you take any more pics of this car?

It has the usual bolt-ons. Most of them are listed on my home page. http://www.mark8.org/users/driller/
Other than a hub swap and Cobra brakes, the only other mods not listed are ported Fox Lake heads and custom Bullet cams.
I only had the BlackBerry with me and that was the only pics I took.

Thanks! I've seen your car there before (or at least one just like it. LOL).

I've been told the C-heads are the way to go, but I tend to go against the grain.

Yeah, the weight in the drivers seat would be a good place to start!

I would have went with the B heads but by the time either deleted the imrcs or made them work it wasnt going to be worth getting a cobra specific harness or a rpm triggered switch to open them.
so the C heads were a good option for me, plus i wanted different cams too so i just 01 cobra stuff!
you made good numbers though! how much were the ported B heads worth? where did they remove most of the material???

I would need to get on a DynoJet to actually compare peak numbers but the peak HP difference was 57 RWHP and the peak torque difference was 49 RWTQ.
I couldn't really tell you where the most material was removed from the heads.
