The manual steering has been installed and I'm slowing collecting parts. I have the headers, midpipe, valvebody, and the heads and intake are at Rodeheavers getting cleaned up and ported.
The plan is to have it done by the middle of march to have a dyno tune from Don Lasota.

You will be ok.. If you do the math ( i think you have a 5spd)
425 x 15% = 63.75
425 + 63.75 = 488.75
If auto just take the 15% out and put in 20%, but auto is alot more involved like stall and other such things but those seem to be the medium numbers also.
Now you are knocking on the limits doors. You are close to that 500hp mark.. Some have blown up with less and some have taken it way past that but 500hp seems to be the medium everyone takes into consideration.. Now take that and add the boost that you will be throwing onto and the occaisonal street race/track use/show off alil and you get pretty close to the limits, But you should be fine for a while as long as you dont miss too many gears when your on it:bounce: lol
But while i say that my buddy has a 349 B50(only a few more hp better than stock) block foxbody that put down 505rwhp at Rodeheavers Dyno day untuned with an s-trim and ran a 10.65 @13x cant remember the exact mph and his is still going strong.. So its basically down to luck. lol

Jacked up the motor to drop the headers down in and also installed one of the heads yesterday. Ran into a little snag with the other head but it should be on tomorrow. Then comes the awesome job of setting rockers. That should be a treat. We also mocked it up some just to get an idea of how high its going to sit.

Unfortunately i wont be able to start it yet. i have to send my BOV to tial and have them change out the spring. it came with an 11 and I need a 3. OK guys two questions.
1. Since I deleted my power steering, I need a new coil mount location. I was thinking about grinding the welded on nuts off of the stock mount, because the holes on the actual bracket are larger than the welded on nuts, and taking one of the bolts from the power steering bracket, putting it through the coil bracket, then some spacers, then mounting it on the head where the steering bracket went. Any ideas on this?
2. The adjustable FPR on my fuel rails is hitting the intake spacer. They are angled in much more than they were on the stock lower. If I just get 1 or 2 washers and put them inbetween the fuel rail mount and the lower to push it away will that be ok?

Got ALOT done today. I'm almost done. Got the hot side piping ran, but not fitted permenately yet. Still have to make the cold side up and then I'll tighten everything down real good. I sent the BOV to Tial today to get the spring switched out so I hope that turn around is quick. Not too much left to do. I had a few vacuum questions but thanks to Tim they are all figured out.

Any idea how it attaches to a fox throttle bracket? I cannot figure it out at all. It seems rather stupid but I can't figure it out.
The straight pipe going down the front needs cut more. From the picture you can tell its actually pushing the top pipe up. We were just tired so we left for the night but its going to get about 2 inches cut off which will lower the top pipe down. I have a 3'' wide cowl in the mail though.

I'm not sure, but Tim can probably answer that question or anyone who has converted to a fox style TB. I am still running a 94-95 style TB for now, I may do the conversion someday but I don't want to have to ditch my Anderson NA power pipe and buy one for a fox just to do it.

Lol wide as in the style of the hood is a wide cowl. Not a step up like a cobra hood.
I have the fox throttle cable and the fox bracket. I popped the old cable out, attached the fox cable to the pedal and have it all ready to go. What does this cable do because its obviously not attached to the pedal.

It ran today! After alot of cranking it finally turned over. I had to pump the gas for a little but after about 30 seconds it idled nice around 900 rpm. It idled for about 10 minutes or so. The fuel pressure, oil pressure, and vacuum all seemed pretty good. I turned it off because my aftermarket temperature gauge wasnt moving but I think I might have forgotten to hook it back up. Open headers are LOUD!
Just some small things left to do and then its off to Tims for the side exhuast, valve body, and tune.

Lol yep. Im getting mine done exactly like yours and Mikes. I've seen under Mikes car in person and while I was at Tims one time we looked at pictures of yours. I'm doing longtubes with an x then into SLPs then out the sides. Im just going to have rectangle tips right infront of the tire though. No side exhuast skirts.

Does anyone here know the bolt sizes and thread pattern for the fox IAC and TPS sensors? I cannot figure them out at all. I'm sure the car will run better with those two things attached ha.

Its almost done. Just need to get a shorter crank belt and put on the tps sensor. I bought a generic male/female harness and I'm going to splice the wires together. Then its off to get the side exhuast put on, a manual valvebody put on and tuned.
Its open headers right now so you can't even hear the blower or BOV.
