Ebay fan, Should I be worried?

Im looking for a low profile rad fan for my car, I found a dual fan for 24 bucks new. seems extremely cheap, but if its a decent deal Id like to get it. what do you guys think?

dude... if you buy that thing, you better buy like 3 of thenm and carry them in your trunk for spares... i would not trust my motor to that... just get a black majic and mount it in front of your radiator. i havent done that before on an sn95 car but i think it would work.
