I finally got my tranny!! I am so happy!! I cant wait to get it in.

Its a JW powerglide, full sfi bell/case/tailshaft, 180 straight cut low gear, rossler valvebody with a brake, all roller, roller tail shaft, 8 clutch high gear drum, all billet good parts and the kitchen sink! Its good to 2000HP and thats all i care about... I can FINALLY use all the power my car has!!!!

Since your runing a power glide, does that mean you will let me put a bowtie sticker on ur mustang? Remeber what I said, that chevy part is going to make it run 7's in the 1/4.

what motor is it going behind, small or big block. Is this the car you were thinking of puttin twins on?

yep, its going behind my bbf, i am seriously thinking of doing twins on it this winter.

I'd say like a 5.13 gear or maybe a 4.88 till you get the twins then you could go with a 4.33 for more top end. Mike and Chuck T will know more about this then me, but I'm sure you would want to run a bigger gear with the glide because of the trans ratio.
