I want to replace my stock fuel lines as well as a few other hoses in my engine bay with stainless steel lines, and the appropirate fittings. just wondering how difficult it is to hook up the lines to the fittings and is there any tricks to keeping them from leaking?

thanks, Mike

not hard just time consuming and a pain in the butt.

How do they connect? Is their any type of sealent to use, or do you just tighten the fittings down?

no, you dont need sealant, its best to put some light lube on the line where they connect to the stock fuel lines near the pass side strut tower, they are o-ring sealed so you dont wanna rip the o-rings.

I pm'ed you the part numbers Russel gave me for our cars a while ago Mike, from what Tim told me they are a tight fit and a bit of a pain in the *** but they are your only option other than doing a full fuel system or just keeping stock lines.

BTW Tim thanks for putting up with that PITA :usa2:
