heygus so my friends grandfather recently got a 1970 straight 6 mustang it has been sitting for quite sometime... anything i should look out for when i try and get this thing to start?

how long it been sitting?
check the grounds and make sure none of the wiring is chewed up and make sure battery is good then give her a try

car has been sitting for about ten years in a GOOD closed garage... just not sure if i will need something to get the fuel moving. and colton its in homestead for shuga

Changing the fluids is a good idea if this engine ran when it was parked and the new owner plans on reusing said engine.

Fresh fuel...something to clean the points with (if so equipped).

Starting fluid...use it.

Battery charger and/or jumper cables.
