Just joining the forum.... haven't been patrolling forums in general all that much lately, but when looking for someone to do some work on my car, Tim and his forum came to mind.....

For those who don't know, my last name is Bish, thus what everyone refers to me as.....

A year and a half ago, i sold my twin turbo '01 Trans Am, and in January bought a black '99 Corvette... heads/cam/Fast 90/ls2 throttle body/Vararam/Wolfe 6 point/TSP LT headers/O/R X-pipe/Z06 Ti exhaust/built RPM level VI tranny/3600 Yank converter/hardened shafts/built RPM rear, 3.73 gear/Nitrous outlet 150 wet kit/twin 10lb bottles/standalone fuel cell/drilled and slotted rotors/z06 wheels ...... and probably a few other things i'm forgetting.....

Best part is, i havent' done any of the work to this car.... i would have never paid the $3,000+ to have that transmission beefed up THAT much.... when i sold the TT car, i learned my lesson on how little it increases value to do all of that work to a car... so, this time i decided i watned to buy one that was already modified... this time, instead of getting ripped off, i would rip someoen else off.... :thumb: lol

exhaust work.... i want to have a louder exhaust for my enjoyment, and keep the Z06 Ti exhaust for when i may want to tone it down a bit.....

Ya I hear that. I would never get out of my truck what I have in it. Lord knows I don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon if ever. Like you i would be screwed resale wise. So do you think this one is faster then your other one?

Oh no, its not even close... with a good set of tires, this car will most certainly get off the line faster, with obvious reasons, but even with the nitrous, you're talking a 550whp car versus a 700+ whp car.... the T/A would most definitely caught it down the track... last i heard, the new owner of my T/A was trapping 109 in the 1/8th mile, and i think he's done some mods since then to help it off the line.... the 'Vette just isn't going to keep up with that..... but overall its a more fun car...
I forgot to mention that it has a fully adjustable QA1 suspension all the way around, so it just rails through turns...

no... i don't ever venture down that far south..... I live west of the city and i'm building my house east of the city.... i'm never any further south than like bridgeville......

Vette isn't quite as fast as the T/A, but its enough to keep me happy.....

just got a new exhaust put on it today by Tim.... sounds awesome... a bit loud, but i'm going to give it some tiem adn see if i get used to it.... might end up putting a set of LM2's or Bullets on it, just to tone it down a little bit...... sounds plain nasty though....

it used to have lots of bite, but not enough bark... not its got all the bark to match the bite, and maybe a little bit more....... lol
