opinions on open headers???

what do you guys think of running open header, or open headers with dumps.

consider tone of the exhaust, and performance

I think if you like getting pulled over constantly, they're great.

Other than that, it sounds sort of cool on a high HP drag car but not so much on street cars.

Cut outs are a good compromise but I hear they end up leaking.

Oh and tone is nonexistent.

no.. I hate the sound of an open header car.. WAY too loud. And it will get old fast, esp on a street car

For what it's worth, a few of my friends are running the DMH low profile electronic cut-outs on their goats for a few years now with no issues.

coltons car was sooo loud we rode in it for about five minutes with windows up.. it was awful my ears were ringing and he got to maybe 2200 rpms... im gonna say dude dont do it.
