California Emissions

If I bought a 2007 Mustang and it had California Emissions setup. do i lose power or have anything im going to need to change out to make it right? I know they are very strict there and I've heard they screw with the engines or something, didnt know if it was true.

(Ironically the car is a California special Edition as well)

PA has california emissions too. You'll have the same as everyone else here (with newer cars).

i am pretty sure there is one standard now with all cars, ever since they went to the can systems.
