1 head = piston came apart, one exhaust valve stuck open, collateral damage
1 head = piston collateral damange only
set for $800

so they come with the springs, retainer, locks, guide plates, studs?

yes, exactly that. I removed the studs and retainers on one head. but have all the hardware. They are 'assembled' heads.
