Stumbled onto this today, I can't even relate to you the amount of jealousy I feel right now. The idea of a garage condo is awesome.

"The unit we’re building-out is 1600 square feet (40x40) with a 16’x40’ mezzanine. Ceiling height is 18’. The upstairs will have a kitchen, ¾ bath, living room type area (flat screen/wi-fi), office and deck for cigar smoking. The bottom level will be a full workshop with a couple of lifts, storage room, 220V power, in-floor heat, wash bay/drains, another flat screen, and a lot of room for cabinets/tools."

They're at the Auto Motorplex facility in Minneapolis, I looked up the site and they don't list a price, but judging by the caliber of cars I was seeing (ferraris, lamborghinis, porsches) it's probably one of those "If you have to ask how much, you probably can't afford it" kind of things.
