Whats the best hood strut? I looked at Redline Tuning Quicklift Elite Mustang Hood Struts on american muscle $119.99. I also looked at MRT Hood Strut Kit from stangmods.com they seem really nice for $104.00. Any Ideas Guys
Thanks, 2004stang

I've had the Redline Tuning Elites for about 3 years now and love them. One of my top 10 purchases to date, lol.

The MRT Hood Strut won my vote. 1. You dont have to worry about the rivets pulling out of the hood because they use factory mount points and brackets. 2. The lifting struts are placed farther back to the firewall so you have more room when cleaning and working on the engine.
