4.6 head Q's?

okay so i am getting a set of PI heads. only question that i have is how the heck do you undo the timing chain? i know you have to pull that front shield-ish thing off the front of the block to get to it but what the hel* you do after that i dunno. i am sure some of you have done some swaps with these before and you guys know.. and i know you gotta remove the brake booster thanks our good friend tim :hail:

to take off the chains you will have to unbolt the tensioners and release the tension from them, then they will have enough slack to pop off. I recommend to take the rockers off first so there is no tension on the cam..
