If any of you have ever installed any of the polyurethane upper rear end bushings for your 05+ mustang including the gt500s. You know its a real pain and almost impossible... I have found the best thing to do is buy a new upper bushing from ford for 25$, then drill out around the rubber with a 5/16th bit. Now take the bushing to your burn pile if you have one and throw the metal part into the fire and let it burn all the remaining rubber out. When it cools your new BMR poly bushing will tap into the metal peice and it ready to install into the houshing. I have found that if you put the assembled piece inot the freezer over night they go in alot smoother.
