cant help with a fox but a modular car should be ok on factory stuff, no need for wiring/ecu swap.

thats kinda perfect if you mean mark 8 ! 4.6 dohc 32v intech in a 96-97 purple conv. would make a cool /chick/ sleeper ride ! what are those rated like 280 hp and the stock 4.6 2v sohc in that car is at best 200hp rite? i'm guessing pretty simple swap too. tranny,mounts,exhaust, fuel system,wiring should be real close i'm thinking!

are the heads off same engine and do they have cams with them? wonder how much power difference ? weren't those cobra 32v dohc n/a engines like 320 hp or so?

the B heads are the same on both the lincoln and cobra, the exhaust cam is the same as the cobra exhaust cam. Intake cams are different, the lincoln is supposed to have more low end torque.

yep they are complete heads, i think HP is right around 300
