Dustin's 5.4 Twin Turbo Build!

[Street Lethal Performance]

Dustin has decided to step his game way up this season! Apparently a 10 second turbo 2 valve just wasn't enough! He has decided to have us build him a 5.4 dohc! Dustin allready has a t400 transmission and a built rear end so this is the missing piece for him to make big power! We decided to go thru and refresh the 4 valve heads with new bronze guidesm ferrea valves and crower springs and retainers. We also installed a set of ford gt camshafts.
First we removed the old valve guides.

Then we pressed in the new bronze guides.

We then honed the guides from proper clearance, reground the valve seats and resurfaced the cylinder heads.

Then we installed the ford gt camshafts and checked for proper valve train geometry.

Damnn! I'd love to do my heads! Seems like the factory 4v heads can support 800hp. Could only imagine built heads. Ryan you need to build your motor!
