Dash warning light

Whats the warning light on SN95s on the far right side? it looks like a container with some fluid with an x in it.

Whenever its really cold out, I'll start my car and it won't be on, then after about 30 seconds it'll come on for about 20 seconds then shut off. You think its just because its cold?

could be, or the coolants a little low.. I have seen the sensors in them get really sticky..
