OK. So I need my heads enlarged to a 75cc combustion chamber to go from N/A to turbo, as well as the seals are leaking. Is there a head that flows better then my vic jrs. , comes in a 74-75cc and comes in around $1200-$1300? I was gonna have Fox Lake port the vics while they had 'em. These will be on a 414w with an 88mm, shifting around 6500.

Thanks, Brian

Brian. If you plan on running race gas My opinion is to leave the compression you have and just turbo it, look at the power that can be made with a higher compression motor with boost. Lets say for instance that you want to make 600rwhp with your current combo plus a turbo, you already made 450hp NA so you would only need 4-5lbs of boost to hit the 600hp mark, but if you drop the compression the motor will make less NA power and require more boost to hit the 600hp mark, Its 6 in one hand and half a dozen in the other. The new 4V 5.0 is a testament in itself, they have higher compression and make mondo HP with a little boost... I have been preaching this for years to the 03-04 cobra guys, more compression is like boost, Its just making cylinder pressure... And there are many advantages to keeping the boost lower. MY .02$

My problem is, I need the seals fixed. I can have them enlarged by Fox Lake and they will fix the seals while they do it and use pump gas, or have you just fix the seals on the car and have to run race gas. Price is the same whichever route I take, but I really don't want to rely on race gas alone. I wonder if I can get away with my current compression, pump gas and meth spray?

I think so. But if you remember your car acted like it wanted race gas NA.
